Come and join everyone for a quick trip to the magnificent Blue Mountains; one of the most spectacular locations Australia is blessed with.
5 August
12:30 pm - We will catch up at the Glenbrook CWA, 30 Parks Road, Glenbrook for lunch, a chat, and maybe a little more chat!
Afterwards drive to the Sublime Point, Sublime Point Road, Leura for a bit of a look at the magnificent scenery.
Then we will head to our accommodations at the Leura Gardens Resort, 20 - 28 Fitzroy Street, Leura.
6:00 pm - We will meet up again in the dining room and enjoy a BBQ buffet dinner
6 August
7:30 am - Continental Breakfast in the dining room
9:00 am - We're off for a drive to the 3 Sisters, Echo Point Road, Katoomba, for bit of a look and to take a few photos before we head off again.
10:30 am - And we're off again to the rather famous Zig-Zag Railway, 840 Clarence Street, Clarence. Make sure you buy a hot drink for the journey as we are on the train and about for about an hour and a half.

1:00 pm - We leave our train and travel back towards Blackheath, before turning right towards the Megalong Valley, enjoying a beautiful drive down to the tea rooms and lunch with a hot drink. Cold drinks or extra coffee not included)
3:00 pm - Having refreshed we head back to Blackheath and visit the awesome Govetts Leap (please don't give it a go as it would ruin the trip for everyone!) Your time is your own now
6:00 pm - We will meet up again in the dining room for a plated dinner.
7 August
7:30 am - Continental Breakfast in the dining room
10:00 am - Time to say goodbye and head home. For those who wish to, we may stop at Knapsack Reserve, Glenbrook to view the original Zig-Zag Railway up the mountain.
