Our winter social night for 2026 has arrived. We are going to stay with tradition and meet at the Prince Patrick Hotel. Come along and mix with your fellow 356 admirers and enjoy a pleasant social evening, and a few laughs with friends.

The Prince Patrick has an extensive menu of good comfort pub food. Check out their web site and ring them if you have a special need.

Please register yourself (and your guests) by the 3rd June so that we can ensure the hotel can have tables for us.

Yes, we are enterring the darkness and it is time to get both man and jalopies out from under the doona and exercised !!!

Like the famous Monte Carlo Rally, on this adventure we will be starting a different locations and following different routes, but meeting at the same location where we will enjoy each other's company for lunch.

There are four starting points:

BP Service Station, Corner Narre Warren Cranbourne Road and Thompsons Road, Cranbourne
Como Park Lower, South Yarra (at the adjacent Cafe)
Beasley's Nursery, Heidelberg-Warrandyte Road, Warrandyte
Your Home and go direct if the others don't suit.

From the various starting points, we will make our way by different routes meeting for lunch at midday at the Paradise Valley Hotel, Clematis. Because the various routes are different, start times may vary.

Rules of the Day - Not Negotiable!

Registration definitely closes on 5 June, or earlier if the venue cannot accept our numbers, so get in early!
You must have paid your annual subscriptions
You must have a good time.

Although you pay, carefully select which starting venue you want and how many of you there will be. Feel free to invited friends - we are non-denominational so non-believers in other makes are welcome. Just let me know the numbers for the venue.

356 Annual Dinner 2026 - Friday 19th June

Dear 356 Porsche Club members

You are warmly invited to an evening of fine Italian food, great company and shared enthusiasm for the iconic Porsche 356.

This year the dinner will be held at Mister Bianco, where we will gather to enjoy authentic Sicillian cuisine in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

The menu will be a blend of modern European and traditional southern Italian influences all spanning from owner and chef Joseph Vargetto’s heritage, style and vision. The dinner includes selections for a three-course meal and welcome drinks on arrival will be sponsored by Porsche Cars Australia and all non alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea are also included. There will also be an allocation of wine per table that will be included and anything beyond that will be at members personal cost.

When: Friday 19th June 2025 - 6:30 pm

Where: Mr Bianco, 26-28 Cotham Road, Kew 3121

Cost: $100 per person, $200 per couple

Owing to the ever-increasing popularity of this event, it is suggested to register early to avoid disappointment.

Registration and payments close on 12^th June. If not paid by this date the registration will be cancelled. Cancellations after 12^th June may not receive a full refund as financial commitments are made to the restaurant.

Blue Mountains Winter Getaway (05/08/2026)

Come and join everyone for a quick trip to the magnificent Blue Mountains; one of the most spectacular locations Australia is blessed with.

5 August

12:30 pm - We will catch up at the Glenbrook CWA, 30 Parks Road, Glenbrook for lunch, a chat, and maybe a little more chat!

Afterwards drive to the Sublime Point, Sublime Point Road, Leura for a bit of a look at the magnificent scenery.

Then we will head to our accommodations at the Leura Gardens Resort, 20 - 28 Fitzroy Street, Leura.

6:00 pm - We will meet up again in the dining room and enjoy a BBQ buffet dinner

6 August

7:30 am - Continental Breakfast in the dining room

9:00 am - We're off for a drive to the 3 Sisters, Echo Point Road, Katoomba, for bit of a look and to take a few photos before we head off again.

10:30 am - And we're off again to the rather famous Zig-Zag Railway, 840 Clarence Street, Clarence. Make sure you buy a hot drink for the journey as we are on the train and about for about an hour and a half.

1:00 pm - We leave our train and travel back towards Blackheath, before turning right towards the Megalong Valley, enjoying a beautiful drive down to the tea rooms and lunch with a hot drink. Cold drinks or extra coffee not included)

3:00 pm - Having refreshed we head back to Blackheath and visit the awesome Govetts Leap (please don't give it a go as it would ruin the trip for everyone!) Your time is your own now

6:00 pm - We will meet up again in the dining room for a plated dinner.

7 August

7:30 am - Continental Breakfast in the dining room

10:00 am - Time to say goodbye and head home. For those who wish to, we may stop at Knapsack Reserve, Glenbrook to view the original Zig-Zag Railway up the mountain.
